The Machine is suitable to count and fill tablet/capsule in Bottle/Container in Exact quantity
The Capsules/Tablets are coming out from the hopper through vibratory tray and falls on to the rotating disc. Because of centrifugal force all capsules/Tablets are creating a circle and with the help of guide ways its run in a single line passes through the fibre optic sensor.. Sensor counts all Capsules/Tables as per desire setting. A flapper is mounted at the centre of the two-way outlet chute on one Side.
