The working principles of tablet coating machines are relatively simple. Tablet coating machines work by applying coating ingredients in the form of a solution to a group of tablets in a bed that may move horizontally or vertically. A concurrent flow of heated air facilitates evaporation of the solvents.

Fitted with Hot Air Blower and also available optional separate Hot Air Blower system.
Easy to replace a Polishing Pan instead of Coating Pan.
36”, 42”, or 48” coating machine has variable speed drive and hot air blowing systems is built in the machine.
60” or 72” coating machine has variable speed drive and hot air separately on demand.
Optional Spraying System can be provided for film coating with Peristaltic Pump, Spraying Nozzle with Stand and material handling container with stirrer.
All Coating Machine are provided with interlocked electrical circuit so that heaters can be operated only after blowers are made “ON” to avoid burning of heaters.
